Conor joined Gibson Sheat in February 2022 as a graduate. He grew up in Lower Hutt, attending Hutt Valley High before going on to study law at Victoria University

While studying, Conor worked as a swim instructor for Swimcity at Huia pool for 5 years teaching adults and children (5-15) to swim. During this time he developed a huge amount of patience!

Prior to joining Gibson Sheat, Conor worked as a law clerk at Greg Kelly Law Limited for 18 months. This gave him an excellent grounding in how a law office works, as well as learning a lot about trusts and estates, and experiencing what being a lawyer actually looks like.

Conor’s approach to dealing with clients is friendly, practical and straight forward.

Outside of work Conor enjoys training at the gym, getting out and about with his camera and spending time with his partner. As a keen ‘foodie’, he especially enjoys Japanese and Korean food, as well as watching sports, particularly rugby and Formula 1 which he tries to watch live.
