Senior Lawyer – Life Planning, Estates, and Senior Law (Masterton)

Due to consistent growth in Life Planning, Estates, and Senior Law related work in our firm, we have a vacancy for a Senior Solicitor to lead Gibson Sheat’s Masterton Life Planning, Estates and Senior Law team.

In this role you will work in a wide range of areas including Wills, EPAs, administration of deceased estates, contested probate applications, retirement village occupation right agreements and surrenders, residential care subsidy, residential care loan applications, elder abuse, and other Senior Law related legal work. You will have the right set of soft skills to assist our valued clients plan for their future, deal with the passing of a loved one and deal with other important elder law matters. You will also play a key role mentoring our Masterton based legal executives and be supported by an experienced legal secretary and an experienced Manager.
