John Steel is a Consultant commuting between Wellington & the Wairarapa.
John joined Gibson Sheat in 2014 where he spent ten years as a partner. Prior to that he was a partner at Harkness Law Limited.
John has extensive experience in both commercial and residential property, with a particular specialty in unit title development.
He acts for several high-profile developers in the Wellington CBD and advises many experienced and less experienced private property investors. He enjoys the strategy, personalities, and challenges behind developments, unit title rules, and body corporate issues. He regularly presents on unit titles issues to investors.
